Plastica can offer an extensive range of Corrosion resistant Plastic fans to meet the most arduous conditions. Suitable for inclusion in either ventilation systems, Fume Scrubbing installations or Odour Control plant.

Our fan range covers duties up to 140,000 m3/hr, pressures up to 6,500 Pa and are avalible from an extensive range of materials, depending upon application, including PP, PVC, PPS, PE and PVDF

Each impelleris balanced in-house to ISO1940/1 G2.5 with a copy of the certificate included in our fan documentation.

Each Fan is fully checked and tested before leaving the premises and is supplied with full documentation.

As a further extension to our range we can offer we can supply fans to comply with the ATEX directive.

ATEX 94/9/EC is the directive intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The directive became legally effective on July 1st 2003. The directive is now EU law and any equipment, electrical or mechanical for insulation in a hazardous areas within EU member.

All our fans are fully checked and tested before leaving the premises and are supplied with full documentation.

Our impellers in-house now to ISO1940/1 G2.5 with a copy of the certificate included in our fan documentation.

Because noise generated by fans can reach high levels, in excess of 100 db(A), we offer a range of acoustic products that can reduce noise down to the required levels.
